About the role

The Process Enablement Manager supports the transformation, optimization, and digital enablement of end‑to‑end GBS processes. This hybrid role integrates Continuous Improvement, Automation (RPA/BI), and IT / Data Enablement capabilities to deliver measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience. The role partners with business and process owners to identify opportunities, build scalable solutions, standardize processes, embed Lean methodologies, and accelerate digital adoption.

 

Key Stakeholders
Internal: GBS Operations, Automation CoE, CI/OE Team, Finance, Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, Process Owners & Global Functional Leaders.
External: Vendors, Technology partners (UiPath, Microsoft), Consultants / audit partners.

 

 

Reporting To: Process Enablement Lead

Work Location: 1Powerhouse, PJ (5mins walk from MRT Bandar Utama)

 

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and deliver process improvement opportunities using Lean, Agile and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Lead the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions (RPA, Power Automate, UiPath, VBA, Python).
  • Support BI and data‑driven initiatives including ETL process automation, dataset preparation, SQL‑based data manipulation, and dashboard development (Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx).
  • Document and maintain process flows, SOPs, QMS documentation, and standard work.
  • Execute problem‑solving methodologies (A3, 8D, RCA, Kaizen) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive adoption of MS365 capabilities (Power Apps, Power Pages, SharePoint, Forms, Lists) within GBS process areas.
  • Perform analysis of operational metrics, KPIs, and system performance to recommend improvements.
  • Support ISO‑aligned quality programs, internal audits, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integrations between ERP, CRM, databases, and automation tools.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and change adoption
  • Collaborate with global process owners, functional leaders, and GBS stakeholders to align improvement initiatives.
  • Support end‑to‑end deployment of major transformation initiatives (automation wave planning, process migration, optimization).
  • Contribute to GBS knowledge sharing, governance, best practices, and capability‑building.
  • Participate in cross‑functional CI, Automation, and Digital Transformation communities.

Qualifications and skills

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Systems, or related field.
  • Preferably 3–8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Automation, BI, IT, or Process Optimization.
  • Beneficial Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, Scrum, RPA certifications.
  • Hands‑on CI projects (Lean, Agile, 5S, A3, 8D).
  • UiPath, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Python, Power BI.
  • Process design documentation, audits, SOP/standard work development.
  • ERP/CRM systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • IT systems administration knowledge (preferred).
  • Experience leading initiatives without direct authority; cross‑functional collaboration.
