• Assist in collecting process-related data through discussions, observations, and document reviews. • Support the creation, preparation, and periodic review of policies, SOPs, work instructions, and process templates. • Coordinate with relevant teams to gather data and clarify process details. • Support administrative and documentation activities within the Process Excellence team.
