Responsibilities

• Tracks and expedites MRO purchase orders
• Enters data for daily and weekly reporting
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage and resolve daily inquiries and issues
• Support emergency issues
• Provides timely and efficient communications
• Resolves Invoicing Discrepancies, including blocked invoice issues

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in supply chain preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to forge and collaborate with internal customer/external supplier relationships.
• Expertise in SAP and/or SAP-Ariba data processing systems preferred
• Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization; Adaptive to change, uncertain circumstances and embraces challenges
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in team environment and demonstrate leadership
• Ability to balance and prioritize a high-volume of service requests
• Negotiation skills
• Comfortable with conflict
