About the role

 

We are seeking a Product Delivery Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of product data across our global portfolio. This position is essential to supporting seamless product delivery, compliance and operational excellence.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organised and collaborative, with a strong commitment to data quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As the Product Delivery Coordinator, you’ll support the accuracy and flow of product data across Vinarchy’s portfolio, ensuring vintage updates, packaging specifications and approval processes run smoothly and efficiently.

 

  • Maintain and update commercial vintage rolls across the portfolio.
  • Set up premium vintage SKUs using Premium App inputs.
  • Coordinate timely vintage updates aligned with the Vintage Roll calendar.
  • Develop and manage packaging specifications for co‑packed products.
  • Ensure specifications meet internal and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with production and supply chain to maintain accurate specifications.
  • Manage the Dry Goods Approval process and coordinate cross‑team approvals.
  • Support data accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

You take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to challenges and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.  Above all, you’re passionate about data quality and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in business administration, supply chain, or data management
  • Experience working with product data, packaging specifications, or in supply chain coordination preferred
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and ERP tools is advantageous
  • Previous exposure to wine, beverage, or FMCG industries is a plus
