For more than 150 years, Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) has supported schools and communities across the state. Today, we are Western Australia's second-largest education provider, supporting more than 84,500 students through a network of schools and nearly 14,000 staff. 

 

We're seeking an experienced Product Delivery Lead to join our Application Development Team within the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology Directorate. 

 

In this key leadership role, you will guide the successful delivery of digital products that support schools, employees and students across Western Australia. Working at the intersection of business, technology and user experience, you will help shape priorities, optimise delivery practices and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

About the Role 

 

Working within the Application Development team, you will lead delivery planning and business analysis practices for a portfolio of in-house digital products. You will collaborate with stakeholders across CEWA to define priorities, facilitate decision-making and ensure product investments are aligned to organisational goals and user needs. 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead delivery planning, prioritisation and roadmap activities across product initiatives

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and requirements discovery workshops

  • Champion high-quality business analysis and product delivery practices

  • Support agile ways of working and continuous improvement across the team

  • Drive user-centred design approaches that improve customer experiences

  • Ensure product outcomes are aligned to strategic business objectives

 

About You 

 

You are a collaborative delivery professional who enjoys bringing people together to solve complex challenges. With strong business analysis, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, you can confidently guide digital products from concept through to value realisation. 

 

Essential requirements: 

  • Significant experience leading product delivery or business analysis functions within agile environments

  • Demonstrated success delivering digital, software or data products

  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience managing delivery priorities, roadmaps and product lifecycles

  • Prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of your duties

 

Highly regarded: 

  • Product design, UX/UI or human-centred design experience

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, UML or process modelling tools

  • Strong understanding of data structures, integrations and SQL

  • Education sector experience
