Responsibilities • Assist in designing user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and/or mobile products under the guidance of senior designers. • Support the team in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into design improvements. • Help create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design constraints. • Contribute to and help maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products. • Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions, offering and receiving feedback constructively. • Assist in usability testing sessions and help document findings and recommendations. • Stay curious about design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
