Has experience in frontend development. That may be working with Cursor or Claude Code to ship contributions to production.

Is a self-starter who values ownership. You’re comfortable prioritising and working iteratively; guided by user feedback, data, and company goals, without hand-holding.
Is a competent product manager and isn’t afraid of code. Maybe you came to design from product management or engineering.
