Product Innovation Manager, Health & Wellness

SASMAR is on the lookout for a proactive and strategic Product Innovation Manager to join our innovative team. Headquartered in Malta, SASMAR is a prominent pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, particularly renowned for our Conceive Plus brand. With a presence in over 70 countries, we are dedicated to developing high-quality products sold through pharmacies, supermarkets, and clinics worldwide. As the Product Innovation Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering product initiatives from conception through to successful market launch. This position requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and Operations, to develop and deliver products that meet consumer needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization. • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively to ensure timely product launches. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate market data into actionable product concepts. • Maintain and manage product specifications, focusing on formulation and packaging requirements. • Coordinate product testing phases including stability, efficacy, and consumer feedback assessments. • Ensure all new and existing products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards. • Analyze and evaluate existing product lines, recommending enhancements or new developments. • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities for innovation.
