Your team’s dynamic:

Our team is responsible for evolving our video mobility offering to meet the needs of a rapidly changing market. We develop solutions that help our clients improve their operations, safety and efficiency on the ground. In this context, we want to strengthen our ability to set a clear product strategy and prioritize the most important market needs to guide the development of our roadmap.

As a Product Line Manager – Video Mobility, you'll play a central role in shaping the product vision for this portfolio. You'll bring a solid understanding of video solutions as well as good knowledge of the public transport sector, especially in the train, city bus, and school bus segments. You'll work closely with R&D, sales, and marketing teams, as well as our partners, to align product priorities with market needs and business goals.

Your day at a glance:

  • Developing the mobility roadmap for its present generation, coming changes, and the next generation of hardware and software capabilities
  • Gather, evaluate and document market demands, opportunities and feature requests, both strategic and tactical, for existing or new product evolution and make them actionable items for the R&D team
  • Develop commercial product offerings to tailor the offering to specific industry and/or regional markets;
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and development of technical sales tools
  • Provide technical sales support for questions related to the deployment and design of on-board systems
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce internal and external training content for the product line
  • Serve as internal and external evangelist for our mobility solutions

What makes you a great fit:

  • Product management experience in a tech environment
  • A hybrid profile combining strategic thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to translate business needs into concrete product directions
  • Good understanding of video solutions, video surveillance or related technologies
  • Experience or hands-on knowledge of public transport, particularly in urban bus and train settings
  • Proven ability to define a product strategy and prioritize a roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision-making skills
  • Great communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Ability to influence and rally stakeholders from different teams
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills
  • Able to handle multiple topics at once while keeping a good balance between long-term vision and execution
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written

An asset if you have:

  • Engineering degree in electrical engineering or software development.
  • Experience with embedded, connected solutions or deployed on vehicle fleets
  • Knowledge of operational realities specific to public transport companies
  • Experience in a B2B environment with clients, partners, integrators or operators
  • Familiarity with products combining software, hardware and partner ecosystems
  • Experience in physical security or in an adjacent market
