Eaton’s Distributed Power Quality (DPQ) segment delivers reliable and efficient power solutions for critical applications across data centers, commercial buildings, industry, and infrastructure, including UPS systems, power distribution, protection, and digital monitoring. To strengthen our EMEA DPQ team, we are looking for two Product Line Sales Managers (m/w/d) to manage key customers in Northern or Southern Germany and help drive growth in an increasingly electrified and digital world.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive sales growth of the Eaton DPQ core portfolio, including single phase UPS, PDUs, IT racks, and Tripp Lite accessories, in the assigned region in collaboration with Eaton sales organizations and channel partners.
  • Act as the key interface between the LSDPI Division and regional sales teams, ensuring effective collaboration, go‑to‑market execution and strong sales performance
  • Support and develop channel strategies, including IT and Electrical channels, to maximize regional growth, promote products and solutions through salesforce enablement, partner engagement, product launches, and industry/customer events
  • Manage and follow up on key opportunities using Salesforce, ensuring an accurate and up‑to‑date pipeline and improved win rates
  • Deliver trainings and support sales organizations to increase product knowledge, organizational maturity, and route‑to‑market effectiveness
  • Monitor and report monthly performance, including win/loss analysis, forecasts, and corrective action plans
  • Coordinate regional activities with global DPQ teams (EMEA, Americas, APAC) and manage escalations related to pricing, lead time, or product fit
  • Contribute to market intelligence by providing customer feedback, competitive insights, and market needs to Product Management

Qualifications:

  • Engineering diploma preferred, knowledge of IT Infrastructure & applications is a plus
  • 5 years+ in Sales support or Business Dev roles, preferably in IT or Data Centre industry

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT applications and digital ecosystems
  • Proven sales experience in an international environment
  • Ability to navigate and manage complex situations
  • Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent presentation and training capabilities
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
