What You'll Be Doing:
- Present regular updates on digital initiatives to C‑suite stakeholders, ensuring that they have clear visibility of progress, priorities, and risks.
- Build a deep understanding of the customer, using insights, data, and research to identify pain points and opportunities across the digital journey.
- Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements, shaping simple, customer‑focused solutions with designers and project owners.
- Work closely with embedded designers, providing strong briefs and context to support effective, high‑impact UX delivery.
- Partner with development teams to define delivery plans, manage priorities, and drive projects forward in a fast‑paced environment.
- Manage changes, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with digital and commercial objectives.
- Evaluate performance post‑launch, reporting key results and identifying future improvements or quick wins.
- Communicate clearly and proactively, ensuring the right stakeholders receive the right information at the right time.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in digital project management, digital transformation, or product delivery.
- Experience presenting updates or reports to senior and executive‑level stakeholders, including C‑suite.
- Experience partnering with UX/UI designers and digital delivery teams.
- Strong skills in process design, analysis, and documentation.
- A data‑driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities quickly.
- Experience working in agile, fast‑moving, customer‑focused digital environments.
- Experience with web or app e‑commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
