About the Role The Product Manager will be responsible for owning the end-to-end development of Amartha Empower’s digital platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and high-converting user experience. This role bridges: • Business (Zakat Lead, Partnerships, Campaigns) • Engineering (Web, Mobile, QA) • Growth & Marketing

Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap • Define and own product vision aligned with Empower & Amartha goals • Develop and prioritize product roadmap based on business impact

  2. User Experience & Conversion Optimization • Improve end-to-end donor journey: • Optimize conversion rate and reduce drop-offs

  3. Feature Development & Execution • Lead development of key features: • Translate business requirements into clear product specs (PRD) • Work closely with Engineering for delivery

  4. Data-Driven Product Iteration • Define and track key product metrics:

  • Conversion rate
  • Funnel drop-off
  • Retention & repeat donation • Run experiments (A/B testing, feature iteration) • Use insights to continuously improve product performance
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration • Act as translator between business and tech
