About the role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager & Team Lead to join our team. You will be a key player in navigating the unique challenges of the B2C space while leading our transition into a true Product-Led Growth (PLG) company. This role requires a blend of high-level strategy, team leadership, and a "hands-on" technical approach to scaling a product in a fast-paced growth environment.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product professionals to translate complex data into high-impact results. • PLG Strategy: Develop and implement a Product-Led Growth strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our B2C audience • Roadmap Ownership: Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive execution while balancing speed and quality. • Market & User Insights: Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements. • Data-Driven Optimization: Define key measurements and monitor product performance against key metrics to optimize product effectiveness. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including C-level, developers, designers, Operations, and marketing. • Experimentation & Growth: Drive user testing and experimentation to refine product features and ensure impactful releases.
