Right now we are looking for Product Managers to join our teams:

• Customer Services (b2c) team owns the user conversion funnel on web, from landing pages through to signup and first purchase. You will identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the acquisition funnel, working closely with marketing, pricing and commercial teams on shared growth goals. The role includes designing, running and interpreting A/B tests, analyzing data to measure outcomes and refine initiatives, and applying AI tools to speed up experimentation and delivery — with a focus on Joom's growth in Europe.

• Merchant Services (b2b) team builds the self-service experience for merchants, reducing friction and support dependency across key seller workflows. You will start by auditing merchant support operations — top request categories, cost, root causes and product potential — and decide what should be automated, addressed through process improvements, or deprioritized. You will prioritize product features together with the support team based on data, build and own the merchant self-service platform so sellers can resolve most issues without contacting support, and contribute to merchant onboarding and product listing improvements as part of the broader team effort, tracking metrics such as self-service rate and merchant satisfaction.
