Mission: Own and improve core user journeys by combining strong design thinking with sound product judgment, translating real user problems into simple, scalable product outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product judgment with hands-on design thinking. This role owns the end-to-end experience for key product areas — from understanding user problems and shaping solutions to shipping and iterating in close partnership with engineering. This is a hands-on role in a lean setup, with real ownership over what gets built and how it works for users.
Key Outcomes: Shipped at least 2–3 meaningful product improvements end-to-end: → Features or enhancements fully owned from discovery → design → build → launch → iteration, with clear problem framing and rationale.
Product decisions consistently grounded in user insight: → Regular use of user research, usability testing, or qualitative feedback embedded into product decisions (visible in PRDs, specs, or reviews).
Strong working cadence established with engineering: → Engineers report clarity on problem statements, scope, and trade-offs; reduced rework or ambiguity during delivery.
Product quality bar visibly raised: → Fewer UX regressions, clearer flows, better edge-case handling, and improved internal confidence in product decision-making.
