Role Overview 🚀 As a Product Manager, Credit Automation at Uncapped, you will join a team of risk professionals, data scientists and engineers and you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. You will sit at the vital intersection of credit risk, financial engineering, and product innovation to deliver data–driven credit capabilities, such as decisioning engines, state-of-the-art risk models and real-time credit management tools across the entire customer lifecycle.

We leverage multiple data sources to make credit decisions faster, safer and more conveniently. We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative-lender globally. What will you do ✍️ • Product Risk Leadership: Act as the connector between Data Scientists, Credit Risk Managers and Engineers to turn complex data into production-ready features. • Risk Strategy & Roadmap: Architect and co-own the risk product vision, prioritize high-impact features and manage the roadmap. • Data Integration: Identify and integrate new data sources (e.g., banking APIs, marketing spend data, e-commerce platform insights) to improve credit decisioning accuracy. • Risk Engine Ownership: Lead the strategy and roadmap for Uncapped’s risk engine that includes a decision engine for automated decisions and underwriting tooling for manual decisions, ensuring we can process applications in seconds and hours rather than weeks. • Monitoring & Recovery: Build products and dashboards that monitor the health of the portfolio in real-time and automate early-warning signals for potential defaults. • Customer Friction Reduction: Balance the need for deep due diligence with a world-class user experience, ensuring that "Risk" doesn't become a bottleneck for "Growth."
