We are hiring on behalf of our client, an innovative fin-tech organization who is seeking a high-caliber Product Manager to join its team onsite in Shanghai. The organization operates a cutting-edge quantamental investing platform that empowers investors to build, share, and remix financial playbooks. By integrating advanced financial modeling, visualization, quantitative strategy building, and real-time dashboard monitoring, the platform transforms complex ideas into live playbooks within minutes through a no-code interface. Built for collaborative intelligence, the platform allows individual financial research to compound into a shared, community-driven edge.

In this role, the successful candidate will focus on positioning the platform as the premier AI-driven product within the financial vertical. This position requires end-to-end ownership of key product modules, including the AI harness and agent orchestration layer, trading execution systems, the collaborative playbook/remix ecosystem, and content distribution networks. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact features from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities • Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap and make critical prioritization decisions across all product surfaces, balancing power with simplicity, flexibility with reliability, and depth with breadth. • AI & Agent Orchestration: Shape how natural language translates into a reliable financial agent harness, managing workflows from agent orchestration to data retrieval, visualization, backtesting, and trading execution. • Ecosystem Architecture: Design and optimize the playbook system to serve as a highly composable content and distribution engine. • User Optimization: Identify and resolve product friction points through deep personal usage, continuous user research, and rigorous data analysis. • Cross-Functional Execution: Author detailed product specifications, collaborate with engineering and design to prototype and test features, and ensure seamless delivery.
