We currently have over 300 consultants working with a variety of key clients from both the public and private sectors, such as the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education, FCDO, UEFA, International Olympic Committee, and Mercedes-Benz, with plans to increase our client base further in the near future. We operate as a flat organisation and believe in trusting and supporting our team to operate independently. About You:You are enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about delivering digital products that create meaningful value for users and clients. You are a proactive and experienced Product Manager who enjoys working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to define product strategy, shape roadmaps, and deliver successful digital solutions. You are customer-focused, commercially aware, and thrive in Agile environments. You are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, making informed decisions based on user needs, business objectives, and data-driven insights. You are an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and enjoy solving complex problems while balancing business priorities with technical considerations.
