ROLE PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.
To support the end-to-end management of digital products by contributing to product strategy, market and customer analysis, roadmap delivery, and performance improvement. The role works with cross-functional teams to help deliver product outcomes that meet customer needs, business objectives, and Elm's policies and procedures.

1. Product Strategy & Market Insights
• Support the development and refinement of product strategy and vision in alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight activities to identify trends, needs, and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to product positioning recommendations and strategic initiatives using relevant market and customer data.
2. Product Roadmap & Backlog Management
• Support the maintenance of the product roadmap, priorities, and feature backlog in line with market demand, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Assist in defining, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain visibility of planned releases, dependencies, and product enhancements.
3. Product Requirements & Solution Definition
• Gather and analyze business, customer, and operational requirements to support effective product decisions.
• Translate validated needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with design and technical teams on feasible solution options.
• Support the assessment of product risks, assumptions, constraints, and potential impacts on delivery.
4. Product Delivery & Release Coordination
• Support product delivery activities by tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, quality assurance, marketing, sales, and operations teams to support timely product releases.
• Follow up on product issues and change requests and contribute to resolution actions with relevant stakeholders.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
• Maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and relevant support functions.
• Provide regular updates on product progress, priorities, risks, and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement clarification and alignment discussions to support shared understanding across the product lifecycle.
6. Product Performance & Analytics
• Monitor product performance indicators, including adoption, customer satisfaction, usage, and business outcomes.
• Support data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps, optimization opportunities, and improvement priorities.
• Contribute to product reports, dashboards, and recommendations that support product decisions and continuous improvement.
7. Customer Feedback & Product Improvement
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, service insights, and user research findings to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the evaluation and prioritization of enhancement requests based on customer value, business impact, and delivery feasibility.
• Contribute to iterative product improvements that enhance the customer experience and product value.
8. Product Governance & Documentation
• Maintain product documentation, including requirements, roadmaps, release notes, decisions, and supporting materials.
• Support compliance with defined product management methodologies, governance requirements, quality standards, and approved controls.
• Contribute to the preparation of product-related presentations, business cases, and status reports when required.
9. Policies, Processes & Procedures
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
10. Information Security
• Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Academic and professional qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications or training in product management, agile delivery, business analysis, or related disciplines are an advantage.
Years and Nature of Experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, digital products, business analysis, or a related field.
