Product Manager trainee
Responsibilities:
- Support Product Managers for the implementation of the Brand Plan and promotional activities
- Design and produce promotional material according to product strategy
- Congresses & scientific meetings organization
- Active participation in Merck oncology meetings
- Support sales team
Key accountabilities:
- Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services and to define processes and standards.
- Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective
- Interprets and translates scientific clinical data into commercial implications.
- Analyzes data and makes strategic recommendations.
- Impacts a range of operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams that affect team performance and the way people work.
- Impacts others by facilitating services in area of specialization.
- Often leads projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, including resource management and allocation of work.
- Work according compliance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree education: preferably in Life Sciences
- English language fluency
- MBA and/or Marketing Pharma Master is a plus
