Product Operations Manager

You’ll act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Compliance, Legal). Your mission is to create leverage for the product team—through structured processes, actionable data, and proactive communication. You’ll ensure the right systems, insights, and documentation are in place to help the product scale efficiently and autonomously.

Key ResponsibilitiesData & Insights: • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Quicksight, SQL, Excel) to help PMs and leadership make evidence-based decisions. • Define key product health metrics (adoption, retention, support load) and drive consistent reporting. • Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust

Cross-Functional Alignment: • Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth collaboration. • Drive alignment with Support, Compliance, Legal, Finance

Launch Readiness & Coordination: • Own the end-to-end process for product releases, ensuring readiness across Marketing, Client Comms, and Sales. • Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews. • Manage change communication and ensure downstream teams have what they need to deliver.

Process Design & Continuous Improvement: • Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows (planning, documentation, reviews). • Build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles.
