The role concerns the development of digital financial products within the QUALCO Group ecosystem, delivered through web and mobile platforms with merchant integrations. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team. You will work directly with the Product & Technology Lead and cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. Your mission is to drive backlog ownership, product discovery, and sprint execution across the full build lifecycle, and progressively take over full backlog ownership for Phase 2 and Phase 3 expansion. Responsibilities As a Product Owner you will be responsible to: • Own and prioritise the product backlog, aligning business goals, customer value, and technical feasibility; • Write clear, well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical leads, ensuring stories are development-ready without further clarification; • Prioritise backlog items based on regulatory requirements, business value, technical dependencies, and go-to-market milestones; • Act as the primary functional point of contact between Product, Technology, and business stakeholders on a day-to-day basis; • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and operations teams to translate business needs into well-defined product increments; • Coordinate requirements and decisions across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to ensure stories are complete and unblocked before sprint entry; • Use data and user insights to identify friction points and drive measurable improvements in customer experience and platform efficiency; • Monitor development progress and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; • Work closely with UX/UI designers and external partners to deliver a high-quality user experience aligned with modern fintech standards; • Provide regular reporting and clear communication to all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
