About the role  An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Product Owner to join our team at Davy. In the role, the successful candidate will:  • Define and communicate the product vision for the squad, aligning to business strategy 

• Own and manage the backlog, prioritised against value outcomes and stakeholder requirements, and lead refinement, sprint planning and review sessions for their squad 

• Translate business requirements into features and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria 

• Drive roadmap planning across release horizons and quarterly planning cycles 

• Act as primary liaison between business and technology, and wider stakeholders as required, including reporting and wider updates 

• Execute with Agile ways of working and methodologies 

• Manage the governance and risk agenda for the squad appropriately, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards, participating in governance forums as required and maintain an appropriate audit trail
