We’re seeking an experienced Product Owner – Fleet to maximise customer and commercial value delivered by a dedicated product squad. In this role, you’ll act as the voice of the customer, shaping product direction, prioritising value-driven outcomes, and partnering closely with technology, operations and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions aligned to our broader business strategy. 

 

This role can be based from Melbourne or Sydney.

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise customer and commercial value.

  • Act as the key interface between customers, business stakeholders and delivery teams.

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Lead product planning, release management and ongoing value assessment.

  • Manage dependencies, competing priorities and stakeholder expectations across the delivery lifecycle.

  • Ensure solutions are viable, scalable and aligned to strategic objectives.

 

Skills & Experience: 

 

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner (desirably in a Fleet Management industry)

  • Strong understanding of end to end product development and delivery methodologies.

  • Proven experience working with cross functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking capability.

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands on execution.

 

Qualifications (Desirable) 

 

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.

  • Formal training or certification in Product Ownership or Product Management.
