Product Software Engineer (Full Stack)

TRA is building a next-generation insights platform that helps organisations understand their brand performance and customers better, so they can make smarter decisions.  We're looking for a Product Engineer to help shape what's next.  This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with high potential or an intermediate engineer ready for more ownership. We're less interested in how many years you've worked and more interested in your ability to build great products, learn quickly and solve meaningful problems.  You'll join a small, ambitious product team building a SaaS platform with global reach. This is a hands-on full stack role where you'll deliver new features, improve the platform experience and explore how AI can transform the way clients interact with insights.  You might be building new web-based user experiences, creating AI-assisted workflows, developing APIs, improving data flows, or helping make the platform faster, more scalable and easier to use.  You'll work end-to-end - from shaping ideas and exploring technical options through to building, shipping and learning from users.  What you'll do  • Build and improve features across our global SaaS platform 

• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate delivery and unlock new product possibilities 

• Work with Product, Data, Design and Client Services to turn ideas into useful, reliable product experiences 

• Improve platform scalability, performance and usability 

• Help shape how we build, test and ship product at TRA 

• Bring curiosity, judgement and initiative to technical and product decisions
