What to expect

As a Product Solution Lead you will join us on our journey and undertake a strategic role responsible for leading on the development, integration, and ongoing improvement of the product solutions across all Mails & Parcels services provided by all of our Carrier Partners.

Working closely with the Head of Product Solutions, technical, and operational teams, this role will translate business and client needs into clear technical and operational requirements, leading to successful product delivery and client integration. Working in conjunction with our Carrier Partners you will design, implement and integrate new products as well as process the required changes to existing products and services. You will ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose matching our in-store needs and proactively seek feedback from Postmasters, colleagues and Carriers before acting on and implementing changes.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have experience in Corporate Product Management, Account Management or Supplier Relationships.

As a Product Solution Lead you will have a good understanding of the Carrier industry, their products and ideally Propositions . In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write and interpret technical and business requirements
• Excellent communication skills (conversation and presentation) with the ability to work across teams
• High attention to detail and structured approach to work
• Ability to identify, build, influence and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders
• Exposure to product, technology, logistics, or retail environments
• Familiarity with project delivery
