What to expect

As a Product Solution Specialist you will join us on our journey and undertake a vital role responsible for supporting the development, integration, and ongoing improvement of the product solutions across all Mails & Parcels services provided by all of our Carrier Partners.

 

Working closely with senior product, technical, and operational teams, this role helps translate business and client needs into clear technical and operational requirements, contributing to successful product delivery and client integration. You will support the Product Solutions Lead with the design, implemention and integration of new products as well process required changes to existing products and services. This role focuses on building on existing knowledge and contributing to technical solution delivery while increasing understanding of product, client integration, and operational processes across the Mails and Parcels portfolio.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a Corporate role and ideally have an understanding of the Carrier industry.

 

As a Product Solution Specialist you will be a great communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of Post Office point of sale systems, including Horizon and Portable Counter Device would be of benefit
  • High attention to detail and structured approach to work
  • Ability to identify, build, influence and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders
  • Exposure to product, technology, logistics, or retail environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
