About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Production Graphic Designer to support high-volume production design workflows for a fast-paced U.S.-based visual communications team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop expertise, hands-on print production experience, and the ability to prepare accurate production-ready files for physical output. You will work closely with the Art Director to execute production design tasks, support ongoing design operations, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and contribute to high-quality project delivery in a structured workflow environment. A large portion of this role involves adapting, resizing, updating, and preparing existing artwork for production rather than creating designs from scratch. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a highly execution-focused role best suited for candidates who thrive in production-heavy environments, enjoy working with systems and processes, and bring a proactive problem-solving mindset.
