SLB is seeking a motivated Production Lead to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business.
Production Lead is responsible for performing technical duties within one or more functional areas, including electrical, mechanical, and systems operations. This role conducts testing, measurements, equipment operations, and process control activities while ensuring quality, safety, and production requirements are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily production activities while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work.
- Install, repair, test, and maintain industrial piping systems, including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and related process systems.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, submittals, P&IDs, and work instructions.
- Fabricate pipe supports, spool copper lines, and perform plumbing, mechanical, and basic carpentry functions.
- Plan, lay out, install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including control panels, relays, circuit breakers, and electronic controls.
- Diagnose equipment and process issues; repair or replace defective components and verify proper operation.
- Perform product, process, and equipment troubleshooting to identify and resolve defects.
- Assemble, maintain, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems and equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment including motors, pumps, valves, chillers, vessels, and related process equipment.
- Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material to complete assigned work.
- Perform wire preparation, stripping, crimping, harness repair, and electrical terminations using appropriate tools and procedures.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, electric meters, fabrication equipment, and material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain production tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Identify, report, and assist in correcting faulty operations, defective materials, and unusual operating conditions.
- Ensure all quality requirements are met, and that required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members and helpers.
- Work independently, exercise sound judgment, and recommend solutions through established management and MOC processes.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to prioritize and execute workload effectively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Manufacturing System principles and best practices.
- Promote and monitor adherence to all SLB quality, safety, QHSE, and operational standards.
- Maintain professional working relationships and collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- Handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative, ingenuity, and problem-solving skills.
