Production Manager (m/f/x)

with the vision to match our ambition! Your tasks in the net zero journey:

• Ensure our Markranstädt factory can produce according to targets. • Supervise and lead the Production team to achieve production goals. • Ensure deliveries meet quality requirements and deadlines. • Report on the performance of manufacturing operations. • Oversee machine preparation, cleaning, and maintenance by your team. • Ensure manufacturing resources (tools, materials, personnel) are sufficient and properly allocated. • Plan maintenance and repairs together with the maintenance team. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Ensure proper documentation for all machines (e.g., standard work instructions). • Document all trial and production runs accurately. • Provide manufacturing feedback to development teams to improve product manufacturability. • Work with quality teams to improve product and process performance.
