Production Manager

As a Production Manager for Nua MMC, you will work with the Head of Site Operations and the production team to lead, motivate and develop a team of people, to contribute to output efficiencies whilst maintaining product quality in a safe working environment through technical guidance, using planning and team-work. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties  ·       Leading, managing and coaching team members to deliver high levels of performance  ·       Liaising with all key stakeholders to communicate any changes to the plan  ·       Sound knowledge of production processes ·       Good knowledge and understanding of current Health & Safety legislation ·       Excellent leadership and communication skills  ·       Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining quality of end product  ·       Ability to work as part of a team to achieve required results  ·       Ability to work from detailed technical drawings  ·       Ability to interpret company documents  ·       Demonstrates a flexible and positive attitude  ·       Promotes a flexible approach  ·       Ability to organise workload   ·       Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time.
