REQUIREMENTS:    •    Regular production scheduling.(Monthly and Weekly), planning
•    Inventory management through the production scheduling.
•    Analyze the causes of failure to meet the productivity and  OAE target, and establishment of countermeasures.
•    High level communication skill for structured problem solving
•    Process quality control.(Analysis of Cp, Cpk, SPC monitoring, Operator and inspector quality education.)
•    Production process and management
•    Analysis and improvement of worker skills..
•    Line downtime issue list management (tracking management, frequency of occurrence)
•    Supply chain management (Internal)
•    Communication with intercompany in English
•    Good computer skills set needed with Microsoft software and MES
•    Experience in a production and machining manufacturing lines
