Production Operations Manager (Field)

Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico

The Production Operations Manager (Field) is responsible for managing the daily production operations of oil and gas wells. He/she lead employees involved in routine production tasks (daily routine), production maintenance, as well as construction and maintenance activities of production facilities. He/she define & manage field activities related to well production operations, from intervention work to surface production installation.

Manage field activities related to asset production operations, from workover to the surface production facility.

Plan and execute CAPEX and OPEX activities.Prepare project execution plans for pilot projects.

Prepare and oversee operational risk management.

Liaise with Engineering team regarding production issues.

Solve problems caused by production deferment.

Reduce production losses related to operations.

Ensure the production processes and equipment are functioning efficiently.Be responsible for stakeholder management at the field operation level, ensuring alignment between joint ventures, partners and Schlumberger Production Management team.

Requirements:
Engineering degree
10 years of experience in the position
Customer service skills
C1 level English
