Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for developing an integration architecture for the MES, automation and shop floor levels to automate print and production solutions from our internal product portfolio and third-party providers
  • You will take the lead in creating comprehensive integration solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • You will play a key role in translating customer requirements into technical implementations
  • You will lead interdisciplinary teams of internal and external stakeholders through all project phases, from requirements analysis and solution design through to integration testing and handover to the customer
  • You will be responsible for consistent communication and reporting at all internal and external levels, as well as preparing a risk analysis based on the current project progress

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Process Management or a related field

  • Proven expertise in production software (MES); specifically, this means:

    • Ability to assess the advantages and disadvantages of various options for the integration architecture
    • Advanced knowledge of the interface technologies commonly used at the MES and warehouse automation levels (e.g. REST, SOAP, socket-based, XML-based, FTP-based communication and others)
    • Advanced knowledge of the integration of production systems in the MES environment
    • Experience with MES software is an advantage (Hydra X or equivalent)
  • Advanced knowledge of warehouse automation in the context of Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage

  • Proven experience in requirements engineering and management is desirable, ideally with certification (IREB)

  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, production or printing is an advantage

  • You speak French, ideally also English, fluently both spoken and written, and are willing to travel worldwide in connection with project assignments.

  • Excellent analytical skills, a strong customer focus, stress resilience and intercultural competence complement your profile as a team player.
