We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Buyer to join our fast-paced and innovative team in the automotive industry. As a Program Buyer, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of our vehicle programs by strategically sourcing and managing the procurement of components and materials required for new vehicle development and production. Your expertise will contribute directly to our company's ability to deliver cutting-edge products on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex automotive programs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to deliver best value.
  • Engage suppliers early in product development for optimized design and cost.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure program timelines are met.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and support sustainability goals.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years in procurement or strategic sourcing within automotive.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive components and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; APQP experience a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
