Today, the data required to run real estate is scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, drawings, public records, and disconnected systems, leading to preventable leakage, missed obligations and lost opportunities to improve performance. Used by leading enterprises, REAL converts this fragmented data into connected intelligence and automated action. Key Success Profile The ideal candidate is someone who can sit at the center of customers, GTM, product, and R&D; bring structure where none exists; help define priorities; and ensure customer needs are translated into a clear and actionable R&D roadmap. What you'll do

• Own and drive end-to-end strategic programs, ensuring alignment across multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate company goals and customer needs into coordinated programs, aligning roadmaps across R&D and GTM teams.
• Establish and scale program-level operating models, planning processes, and cross-functional cadences.
• Drive alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across projects.
• Connect day-to-day execution to broader business objectives, ensuring programs deliver measurable impact.
• Leverage data and AI tools to optimize planning, visibility, and execution across programs.
