Scope of Role:

We are looking for an experienced and talented Regional Program Manager. This individual will support the development and alignment of Customer Services activities across the APAC region and contributes to the enhancement of regional service performance by coordinating initiatives, supporting the implementation of regional strategies, and enabling consistent ways of working across markets.

The individual will work closely with the Head of Service Emerging Asia & APAC CoE to strengthen transparency, facilitate cross-country alignment, and help advance the region’s long-term service objectives. A key responsibility is helping the organization balance global and regional standardization with necessary local flexibility. A core expectation of this role is to champion a customer‑centric mindset, ensuring that regional and local service initiatives reinforce a consistent commitment to putting the customer at the center of everything we do.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a broad network of stakeholders. Day-to-day work includes supporting program structures, gathering and consolidating inputs from APAC markets, preparing reports and presentations for regional and global stakeholders, and enabling collaboration across the Technical Service community.

 

Responsibilities for Employment:

Program Coordination & Regional Support

  • Support the execution of APAC Technical Service regional strategies by coordinating workstreams, tracking progress, and preparing structured updates for leadership.
  • Consolidate feedback and insights from markets to support decision-making, planning, and alignment across the region.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and timelines and ensure they are clearly communicated to management.
  • Help maintain documentation, program plans, and communication materials used in regional governance.

Cross-Market Collaboration & Alignment

  • Facilitate alignment between global, regional, and local service priorities, ensuring markets can adopt regional guidance while retaining local flexibility
  • Build strong relationships with Service leaders and teams to promote collaboration and trust.
  • Organize workshops, calls, and communities of practice to support knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a coordination point for global or cross-functional service-related requests into APAC.

Reporting & Insights Support

  • Assist in preparing regional reporting and performance summaries that improve visibility of service metrics, trends, and opportunities.
  • Perform basic data analysis and consolidate information from countries for regional reviews.

Continuous Improvement & Enablement

  • Contribute to discussions on service process improvements and the evolution of the regional operating model.
  • Support markets in documenting and sharing successful approaches or learnings.
  • Collaborate with adjacent functions, such as Commercial Service, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure activities are well-aligned and integrated.

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field. MBA post-graduate education is a plus.

  • Years and Type of Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in services, operations, project coordination, or program management within an international or multi-country environment.
    • Experience working with technical service, aftersales, or service-related functions.
    • Consulting background is a plus
  • Key Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities:

    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across cultures and levels.
    • Strong communication skills; able to prepare clear reports, presentations, and updates.
    • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and identifying trends.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
    • Comfortable operating in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
    • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
    • Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools is a plus.
    • Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
    • Availability to travel across region for up to 25%

  • MFG Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit or stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, see, listen and speak.  Employee must be able to lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
  • RCO Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, speak, use hands, reach with hands and arms, see listen and type.  May need to lift up to 25 pounds.

 

Environmental Requirements: 

  • Professional Work environment: Work primarily performed in an office environment.  The noise level is usually moderate with limited temperature fluctuations.  May require travel using different forms of transportation.
  • MFG Work Environment: May be required to wear PPE when performing certain tasks.  Work is generally performed in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. The noise level is usually moderate. Limited temperature fluctuations. Site specific requirements may apply.
  • RCO Environmental Requirements: Work environment includes home and work office and travel to various locations using different forms of transportation i.e. vehicle, plane and train.
