Job Overview Foundervine is seeking a driven Programme Associate to support the delivery of a number of our key initiatives. Is running innovative programmes your passion? If you’re comfortable working independently and excited by the challenge of shaping things from the ground up, you’ll be in your element here. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work, is eager to learn how to innovate and accelerate our strategic plans across the UK.

Key Responsibilities Programme Management Support: • Report directly to Programme Manager with oversight from the Senior Programme Manager to deliver Foundervine's strategic objectives and implement programme plans • Responsible for all administrative tasks in line with the setup of pilot programmes across the UK, including the development of detailed projects • Support the development of innovative programmes that support Foundervine's key aims - Access, Acceleration, Advocacy • Support Programme Managers to ensure effective programme coordination across Foundervine’s growing portfolio of programmes • Support Programme Manager with creation of participant communication, responding to programme support requests on a day-to-day basis and maintenance of programme data • Support our Marketing and Communications team with the development of programme-based communications, including designing promotional graphics for upcoming events, social media content and video content to support effective marketing of our programmes. • Providing content and resources to our Marketing and Communications team including blog writing, event summaries, resources, case studies, press releases etc. • Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by Foundervine.

CPO Support• Assist the Central Projects Office (CPO) in achieving project governance, compliance standards and quality control measures. • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project plans, timelines, allocate resources and develop budget estimates. • Update project governance and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to standards and producing draft governance reports. • Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities to track progress against objectives, KPIs and metrics. • Support the identification, tracking and resolution of project risks and issues, contributing to timely escalation and mitigation. • Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and practices by providing feedback and recommendations for enhancements.
