Salary Range: £65,750 - £69,427 OR £69,469 - £78,250 per annum
Working Arrangements: Full Time
The Change Resources team is seeking a Programme/Project Manager to join a community of Programme and Project delivery professionals within the States of Guernsey's Delivery Portfolio.
The Programme / Project Manager will play a central role in the planning and delivery of organisational change and transformation programmes and their associated projects as part of the States of Guernsey’s Portfolio of change. The Programme/Project Manager will undertake all aspects of programme management on allocated programmes/projects, as part of a delivery team. The role will also ensure that business requirements are clearly defined, benefits are delivered as defined in the business cases and risks are managed appropriately.
