Project Controls Manager

- Develop and maintain project schedules and cost control systems.
- Monitor project progress and performance against plans.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment on timelines and budgets.
- Implement change management processes and assess impacts.
- Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Lead and mentor project control staff.
- Perform related duties as assigned by Line Manager
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls within large-scale construction / infrastructure projects.

proven experience with delivery in high-rise tower projects.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (master's preferred).

Proven expertise in scheduling software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Prior experience working in a PMC consulting environment is highly preferred.
