Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and cost control systems.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against plans.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment on timelines and budgets.
  • Implement change management processes and assess impacts.
  • Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Lead and mentor project control staff.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by Line Manager
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

 

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls within large-scale construction / infrastructure projects.

  • proven experience with delivery in high-rise tower projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (master's preferred).

  • Proven expertise in scheduling software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Prior experience working in a PMC consulting environment is highly preferred.
