About the Role

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward across multiple client initiatives.

This is a high-execution role focused on:

  • Tracking timelines
  • Coordinating teams
  • Managing communication
  • Ensuring deliverables are completed on time

You’ll act as the operational backbone of projects, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Own

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time across teams
  • Maintain clear visibility into project status
  • Support smooth execution from start to finish

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the central communication hub between:

    • Clients
    • Internal teams
    • Project managers
  • Provide regular updates and ensure alignment

  • Follow up consistently to keep projects moving

Project Tracking & Documentation

  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers

  • Document:

    • Meeting notes
    • Status updates
    • Action items
  • Use tools like:

    • Asana
    • Trello
    • Monday.com

Meetings & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings
  • Prepare agendas and ensure clarity on objectives
  • Track follow-ups and action items after meetings

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify delays, risks, or blockers early
  • Flag issues proactively to project managers
  • Help coordinate solutions across teams

Resource & Budget Support

  • Assist with resource allocation across projects
  • Track project expenses vs. budget
  • Support project managers with planning and reporting

Reporting & Visibility

  • Prepare project status reports for stakeholders

  • Provide clear updates on:

    • Progress
    • Risks
    • Deliverables
  • Support presentations and reporting materials

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years in:

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Experience with:

    • Project documentation
    • Reporting and tracking
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
  • Background supporting client-facing projects
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
