About the Role:

Programmes and Portfolio function, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives that drive innovation, sustainability, and digital excellence across our global operations.
With support & guidance from programme managers and the project managers the Project Coordinator will undertake the delivery of specific activities or work streams for projects aligned with LR’s transformation agenda and in accordance with the appropriate LR delivery framework. The Project Coordinator will be assigned delivery responsibility for individual tasks within a given project plan under the accountability of the relevant Project Manager. The Project Coordinator may also be assigned small projects to manage under the guidance and with the support of a Project or Programme Manager.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the successful delivery of project work streams and activities ensuring that they are delivered to agreed quality standards, timescales and budgets.
They will be an ambassador for LR Group through the delivery of successful change activities that support the achievement of LR’s strategic goals and objectives.

The Role
-
Deliver Strategic Projects Responsible for the successful delivery of assigned tasks or specific work streams on projects as measured by time-scale, budget and quality and in accordance with the appropriate Lloyd's Register delivery framework.

Governance; Execution of work stream activities in line with the project plans, quality and budgets and as assigned by the relevant Project or Programme Manager.

Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with global teams including Portfolio Management,

Engage Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsible for project controls, measurements and governance of all assigned project activities, workstreams, or individual projects.

Reporting preparation; Prepares assigned project deliverables for the specific project activity or work stream within the agreed parameters in a defined format within an agreed timescale, and with the support and guidance of the relevant Project or Programme Manager

Effectively coordinating and appropriately documenting project activities and work stream risks and issues and delivering appropriate and timely reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsible for successfully supporting the Project Manager in the safe and effective delivery of services and deliverables to the agreed scope, quality, timescales and cost.
What you bring

Demonstrable experience of working in a project environment:
- MSP or Prince 2 accreditation, certainly to a foundation level
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools and processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Excellent attention to detail

Experience of supporting the delivery of solutions within LR’s industry or a similar size/scale professional services company.

Ability to accurately capture relevant data and to produce quality documentation.

Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritise assigned activities.

Proficient in the use Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint and Visio.
