Project Developer

Greenvolt Power Hungary is seeking a Project Developer who will lead the development of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, etc.) from origination through to ready-to-build status. He/She will be responsible for managing all aspects of project development, including site identification, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and financial modelling. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the energy market.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate new project opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals. • Lead the permitting process, including environmental impact assessments and grid connection applications. • Secure land agreements and manage relationships with landowners and local communities. • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) and external consultants. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. • Prepare investment memos and support internal approval processes. • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure project compliance. • Represent the company in meetings with authorities, partners, and stakeholders.
