Role Summary
As a Project Management Intern, you’ll support cross-functional initiatives that blend automation, documentation, and smart agriculture.
Your role includes:
- Workflow Automation: Designing and implementing custom features to streamline project documentation across Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Hydroponics Monitoring: Assisting in the setup and control of an indoor hydroponics system using sensors and dashboards to optimize plant growth.
Main Tasks
You will be responsible for:

Project Documentation & Automation
- Analyse current project management workflows.
- Develop scripts and integrations to automate data transfer between Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Use PowerShell, TypeScript, JavaScript, and REST APIs to code SharePoint functionality and support project tracking.

Hydroponics System Support

- Monitor and control environmental parameters: water levels, nutrient concentration, lighting, and airflow.
- Use dashboards and sensor data to optimize plant health.
- Research and apply best practices for cultivating various plant species.

Project Coordination & Learning

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to align technical solutions with project goals.
- Document progress, issues, and improvements across platforms.
- Self-learn relevant tools and contribute to stakeholder-friendly reporting.
Experience
We’re looking for someone who is:

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Analytical, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

Familiar with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft SharePoint

Experienced or interested in full-stack development, scripting (TypeScript, JavaScript, PowerShell), and API integration

Able to document and communicate technical progress clearly to stakeholders
