- Participate in discussions with the R&D team, organize and propose the DFM plan;
- Initiate project filing, establish the project team, set goals, and arrange the plan;
- Lead project reviews (before, during, and after the project), promote improvements;
- Prepare for sample production, control the progress;
- Lead on-site verification, provide on-site support and management;
- Collect, organize, and improve the problem points of fixtures or equipment;
- Execute the delivery plan, handle abnormal situations, and provide feedback;
- Conduct pre-sales communication, track after-sales issues, and handle customer complaints.
