About Us: Platinumlist is the Middle East's leading online ticketing platform. Founded in Dubai in 2009 and bootstrapped from day one, we've ticketed 100,000+ events to date and serve 9M+ registered users across MENA. In 2025 alone: 10M+ tickets sold (+38% YoY) across 7000+ events and experiences — from intimate gatherings to stadium shows, waterparks to world-class festivals across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and beyond. Our B2B division builds the tools organisers run their business on: organiser panels, box-office and sale consoles, reporting, billing, and a growing family of AI-powered products. Your Role: As an experienced Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B products and technical integrations. You will be at the forefront of: • Driving the development and enhancement of B2B products in collaboration with the Product Manager and Development Team; • Delivering tailored project solutions from conception to completion; • Supporting RFP responses and partner communications.

Key Responsibilities: • Delivery of the B2B team: sprint planning, groomings, retros, daily discipline, scope and carry-over control. • The release train: statuses, fix versions, review/merge SLAs, release notes. You chase dependencies (design, QA, other teams) in writing and close the loop every time. • Inbound flow: intake and triage of feature requests, operational tasks and data requests. You give requesters clear answers and turn the worthy ones into well-formed tickets. • Small discovery: take a raw request and shape it — value, scope, acceptance criteria. • Your own control system: advanced Jira (JQL, dashboards, automation rules) plus AI-powered automations you build yourself. • Make decisions stick: retro action items get logged, ticketed and reported on until they're done. • Communicate outwards: explain technical capabilities and constraints to organisers, partners and occasionally government bodies in plain language; support RFP responses, their logistics and deadlines.
