We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our global delivery team as a fully remote worker. Reporting to the Head of PMO, this is your chance to be part of a highly motivated, diverse, and multidisciplinary team that has embraced Breakthrough Thinking and has sustainably delivered double-digit growth rates. As a Project Manager, you will be working closely with our customers throughout the preparation and implementation phases of the project. You will also be providing support both at an operational and technical level along with a team of highly skilled professionals.

Role Responsibilities:• Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation to closure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, customer success and operations) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks. • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies per project. • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for leadership( e.g,. Steering Committee Meetings) • Prevent and control scope by using change control processes • Internal & external Project Reporting (On time / In budget / PnL/ NPS) • Continuously improve project management processes and tools • Leading the Contracting process with customers who have chosen us as a preferred vendor • Negotiations and Hands-on approach
