What You’ll Do• Take full ownership of all projects across the company, end-to-end • Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative • Run the annual promotions and events calendar • Manage the building and delivery of courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives • Oversee pre-event, live event, and post-event execution • Manage Google Calendars for leadership and community • Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables • Coordinate presenters, researchers, and stakeholders • Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications • Manage and own the CRM, e-marketing and eCourse development platforms • Highly comfortable with multiple Ai-Tools for productivity and task execution
