Our client, a leading company in the field of engineering and maintenance of large-scale technical plants, is now looking for a project manager (m/f/d) for the Plant Engineering department to strengthen its team in the Recklinghausen district in the north of the Ruhr area. • Professional management of a team of designers and calculation engineers (brownfield planning and piping calculations, etc.) • Responsibility for cost control, budget, and project management • Participation in technical developments and coordination with specialist departments • Development and implementation of technical solutions based on customer specifications • Change management • Optional: Participation in the training of young specialists (e.g., technical product designer in the field of mechanical and plant engineering and draftsman in the field of structural engineering)
