Why you'll love this opportunity as a Project Manager at Civica This role plays a critical part in delivering technology outcomes that directly support local communities across Australia and New Zealand. Working within Civica’s Local Government Services team, this position leads complex, high‑value software implementation projects that enable councils to modernise services, improve operational efficiency, and better serve citizens. The work is varied, fast‑moving, and outcomes‑driven. Projects range from new system implementations to the enhancement of existing platforms, often running concurrently and across multiple stages of delivery. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, this role collaborates closely with consultants, solution specialists, product teams, and customers to drive delivery excellence from planning through to go‑live and transition into business as usual. This opportunity offers exposure to enterprise‑scale SaaS programs, strong delivery governance, and clearly defined methodologies, while still allowing flexibility in approach, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement. It is a role suited to experienced Project Managers who thrive on ownership, accountability, and delivering tangible results for customers.
